日本アイソトープ協会理工・ライフサイエンス部会放射線照射標的分子探索専門委員会は,短飛程放射線の物理化学的な性質と細胞レベルでの生物学的効果や殺細胞の分子メカニズム,製造・使用可能な短飛程放射線放出核種の現状などを含めて短飛程放射線を利用した核医学治療薬剤の開発状況の情報収集や調査を行ったので,その報告を行う。
The Expert Committee on the Search for Radiation Target Molecules, Science and Engineering/Life Science Committee, Japan Radioisotope Association, reports on the information it has gathered and reviewed on the status of the development of radionuclide therapeutic agents using short-range radiation, including the physicochemical properties of short-range radiation and its biological effects at the cellular level, the molecular mechanism of cell killing, and the short-range radiation-emitting nuclides that are applicable to radionuclide therapy.
