天然放射性核種の新規医療利用への提案Proposal for Novel Medical Applications of Natural Radionuclides

天然放射性核種の医療分野での新規利用法について検討した。試薬に含まれる種々の天然放射性核種の遮蔽試験をラジオルミノグラフィ法にて行い,β線エネルギーに応じた核種固有の半価層を決定した。また,適度なβ線エネルギーを有する87Rbの遮蔽特性を利用したラット切片の骨密度定量法を確立した。さらに,強いβ線エネルギーを有する40Kに着目し,K+濃度の新規定量法及び輸液調製に関する客観的臨床能力評価試験を構築した。これらの定量法は医療分野へ大きく貢献できると期待される。
Novel medical applications using natural radionuclides contained in the reagents were developed. Attenuation properties for nuclides by shielding test showed the specific D1/2 related to Emax. 87Rb based bone radioluminography in rat section was established. Moreover, a novel quantification for K+ (40K) concentration in infusion solutions was developed. Furthermore, objective structured clinical examination for dispending of infusion was performed. These methods are expected to be useful application in clinical practice.
